Job description & Requirements
System Setup and Maintenance: Your role will encompass the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software systems. This includes servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, videoconference equipment, and mobile devices. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues arising during installation and daily use.
Technical Support: You will offer efficient technical support to end-users in diverse environments, such as on-site, remote locations, remote users, and even at trade shows as required.
Network Support: A key part of your role will involve assisting in the setup and upkeep of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks. You'll troubleshoot network connectivity issues and aid in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Your keen problem-solving abilities will shine as you identify and resolve technical issues relating to hardware, software, and network systems. You'll provide clear guidance and step-by-step instructions for issue resolution to end-users.
User Training and Support: You will lead training sessions for end-users on various applications and systems. Responding to inquiries, you'll offer guidance and troubleshooting support in a professional and helpful manner.
Documentation and Reporting: Your meticulous approach will be crucial as you document support requests and their resolutions using a ticketing system.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
