Job description

• Conduct thorough ASPICE potential analyses for the VW.os project. This includes understanding ASPICE standards in-depth, applying these standards to evaluate our current project processes, and identifying areas where potential improvements can be made.

• Provide expert coaching and training to team members, enhancing their skills and understanding of project requirements. Responsibilities include organizing and leading regular training sessions, offering one-on-one coaching, and facilitating group workshops to ensure all team members are proficient in their roles and responsibilities concerning ASPICE standards.

• Assist the team in preparing for and successfully undergoing ASPICE assessments. This involves clarifying the assessment criteria, gathering and organizing necessary documentation, and coordinating the assessment process to ensure all aspects are covered and compliant with ASPICE requirements.

• Manage the creation and coordination of project-related tickets, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of tasks and issues within the project scope.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting ASPICE assessments and potential analysis

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying process improvement opportunities

• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, with a track record of enhancing team performance and understanding of complex project requirements
